• What are Amazon MWS credentials required?

  MWS Account credentials (Seller ID, MWS Access Key and Secret Key) required in AMZ Researcher software. Your MWS Account credentials can be finding from your Amazon.com professional seller account.

• It is working online without installation any third party software?

  Yes, it is available in web version and it not requires any third party software installation.

• Where do I find the software license key?

  A license key to unlock the software’s functionality is provided once a license plan has been purchased and payment has been made. You can also find the key by logging into your account on the website.

• What Excel columns input format required?
  • First column (Column A) header must be one of the following product identifiers: UPC, EAN, ASIN, or ISBN. This column is mandatory.
  • Second column (Column B) should contain the product cost from supplier. This column is not mandatory butrequired for FBA Fee & ROI calculations.
  • Additional columns can have but it is not required. Any additional columns data will not change.
• What is the recommended file format?
  • The recommended file format is CSV
  • Close the CSV file before start loading process into AMZ Researcher (This is mandatory)
• How to use AMZ Researcher software?
  • It is very simple to use this software, just follow the below steps:
  • Step 1: Select the identifier which you want to process and select the CSV file which has list of identifier.
  • Step 2: Click on start button then processing will started and result will display in grid view. You can see the status on progress bar in bottom line.
  • When process is completed then output result will save in excel format automatically. The output file location is display in bottom line.
• How is my net profit calculated?

  AMZ Researcher, incorporates the information you provide (such as product cost, FBA inbound shipping cost, &FBM shipping cost) along with the information it automatically gathers from your account via Amazon’s own secure API.

  AMZ Researcher, even accounts for the smallest details – Those extra expenses such as your professional seller account fee, aggregated costs of coupon redemptions & lightning deal fees are deducted in a special area to calculate your net profit with laser accuracy.

• Can I use this software on multiple computers and will the product stay up to date?
